This one's got to be about looking for the positives. Ironically, just before recording this video, I noticed myself in a bit of a negative head space. But it's very easy to start noticing that and you can then fix it. So you look for something positive. It doesn't matter how small it is. There's something that will be good, that you can look back on that will take you to a happy place. And with many of my clients, one of the things that I've recommended they do is a happiness playlist, which sounds incredibly cheesy. But if this is a song that every time you listen to it, sends you to a place, to a positive place, puts a smile on your face. That can be the thing you need to kickstart your day. You just slap that playlist on, or one of songs in it, it takes you to that positive space and you can go.
